​You are entitled to 2 free lessons in Taekwon-Do.
​The free trial is vaild for 2 weeks from the first free lesson. 
 
For your first class, please bring a drink bottle and we recommend that you wear comfortable gym gear that allows you to move freely. Please remove jewellery for safety reasons other than a plain wedding band. As we do not train with shoes please remove shoes before the class starts.
 
Classes are held at Farm Cove Intermediate in the school gymnasium,16 Butley Drive, Farm Cove, Pakuranga, Auckland.
